John was predeceased by his loving wife of 40 years Susan Mary Hulland, his daughter BarbaraJoy Ayala, his parents Mary and Charles Hulland (Bampton Devon England) and his brother Anthony Hulland (Stourbridge England).
He is survived by his daughter Charlotte Holst; sons-in-law David Holst and Shawn Williams; grandsons Joshua and Matthew Holst; sister-in- law Ruth Hulland (England); nephews Rupert and Paul Hulland and their partners Lisa (Joseph) and Grace (England) and nieces: Denise and Nicole Nicholls and their partners GJ and Randy (Canada).
