His Grandchildren: Able Mechanic Elvis Bullard Jr., Marine Mechanic Elvardo Bullard, Miguel and Matthias Bullard, Ashanti Newman-Charlton (Nardo), Able Seaman Shadae Lloyd, Sasha, Danielle and Nathan Bullard, Clifton Jr. (Jewel), Vashti, Avanti and Michael Bullard, Alshanto, Geo and Carmelo Bullard, Kavaughn and Ethan Rahming and Jamiah Ferguson. Great Grandchildren: Zaiyinique and Zaiyiniqua Charlton, Hope and Austin Bullard, Chloe-Jasmine Bullard. Siblings: Pastor Catherine Bullard-Roker and Robert Bullard.
