Death Notice for DAVID LIVINGSTONE MALLORY, 55 a resident of Roberts Drive, Nassau, Bahamas, died peacefully at the Princess Margaret Hospital, on September 1st, 2023, after a traumatic brain injury.
David was born on January 14, 1968 in Nassau, Bahamas to Leonard Livingstone Mallory and Ruth Whitlene Hunte-Mallory. He was the youngest of their four children. David completed his education at A.F. Adderley High School in 1985 and immediately entered the employment arena holding various positions in the tourism and security fields over the years.
David was predeceased by his parents: Leonard Livingstone Mallory and Ruth Whitlene Hunte- Mallory; and eldest niece; Tristan Marshall.
He is survived by his three sisters: Leona Mallory- Wilson, Karol Mallory-Linsdau (Texas) and Verna Marshall (husband-Tyrone Marshall); Niece: Tanya Marshall (Canada); Nephew: Thorne Marshall and Trey Dawkins; grand-nephew.
There will be no public viewing and a private interment of cremains will be held at Lakeview Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in lieu of an official funeral or memorial service.
The family wishes to extend gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the Accident and Emergency and Male Surgical Departments of the Princess Margaret Hospital. Gratitude is also extended to the many friends and associates of David who impacted his life over the years.
Heartfelt thanks are further extended to the many expressions of sympathy and condolence received.
