Death notice for Joycelyn Drakes, 84 of #4 Tundra Close, Sea Breeze Lane, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday, February 24th, 2025.
She is survived by her Husband: Mervin Drakes; Children: Cindy Drakes, Cheryll Drakes-Issacs, Mervyn, Joy Drakes and Kurt Drakes; Numerous Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
