He is survived by his wife: Alisa Ingraham-Smith; son: Jason Smith; daughters: Latia, Lillian, Latoya Smith and Lanette Sands; grandchildren: Philip & (Jame) Moss Jr., Elton Sands Jr., La’rad Thompson, Allie Miller Jr., Amare, Amari, Raniyah Latino and Timothy Smith, Latrell Major, Liam Francis, Talayah Rolle; son-in-law: (Det. Insp Elton Sands); adopted daughter: Lannika Ingraham; adopted sons: Latherio and Lavontae Ingraham and Devon Butler; and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention at this time.
Funeral arrangements are being finalized and will be announced at a later date.
