He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ryan of Southfield, Michigan; sons, Derek, Anthony, Kevin, Kwame, Garath, Kwesi and Devon Ryan; daughters, Sherry Major, Renea Bastian, Keva, Anastacia and Zakarriyya Ryan; sister, Shelia Cooper-Beneby of Florida; twenty four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
