Death notice for Mercianna Lightbourne, 80 a resident of Windsor Lane West, New Providence, Bahamas and formerly of Old Bight, Cat Island, Bahamas, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

She is survived by her sons: Charles Lightbourne, Naaman Bastian; daughters: Georgette Bastian, Rachelle Dames, Natasha Saunders, Dale Lightbourne, Christal Bastian-Adderley; sister: Deborah Poitier; 19 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, brothers: Charles Saunders Jr., James Strachan and a host of other relatives and friends.
