He survived by his 8 children: Dwayne, Pandora, Ryan, Melda, Indira, Malawi Thurston, Sophia Saunders and Brendalee Braynen; 31 grandchildren 51 great grandchildren,5 great great grandchildren, 1 son-in-law, 2 daughters-in-law and 2 sisters and a host of other relatives and friends.
