He is survived by his daughter: Patricia Higgs Hepburn; sons: Jerome and Jason Higgs; grandchildren: Stanecko, Gabriel, Janell, Janae, Jason Jr., Zoin, Jaden, Alik, Aaliyah, and Hy’Sanie; great grandchildren: BraeyInn and Zai’ar; sisters: Cyprianna Higgs Stubbs and Coral Higgs Huyler; brother: Benson Higgs, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friend.
