He is survivors by his wife: Donna Sands; children: Randolph Sands Jr., Desean Sands, Deja Laing, D’Andra Sands and DeNaja Sands; grandchildren: Skylar Sands, Tirease Sands, Christian Sands and Kylan Sands; brothers: Rev. K. Brian Sands (Dorothy); sisters: Marsha Richardson (George), Michelle Mortimer, Nadine Harvey (Michael), Pherne Sands, Daphne Arthur and Bethsheva Sands; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
