Death notice for Mrs. Patty Sally Smith, 61 a resident of #87 Guinep Street, Pinewood Gardens, died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Friday, July 3rd, 2026.
She is survived by her husband: Victor Ken Smith Sr.; 2 daughters: Kim McPhee & Tanya Smith; 1 son: Ken Victor Smith; 7 grandchildren; 5 sisters: Diana McPhee Cunningham (Alvin), Antoinette McPhee, Elizabeth McPhee Glass (Darren), Natasha Davis-James (Michael) & Essolita Davis-Hanna (Andre); 5 brothers: Roy Davis (Madelyn), Dave, Tyrone, Valentino Davis & Shyeye Davis (Keisha); 23 nieces, 22 nephews, 37 grandnieces, 41 grand nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
