Death notice for George Reginald Sands, 79 a resident of Hollywood Subdivision, New Providence, Bahamas and formerly of Green Castle, Eleuthera, Bahamas who died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Saturday, 18th July, 2026.
He was predeceased by his parents: Alfred and Sybilene Sands; daughter: Shenique Sands; siblings: Iris Sands-Rolle, Marvalene Sands, Charlene Sands and Handford Sands.
He is survived by his wife: Diane Sands; sons: Wayde Mackey, Reginald, Dino, Sean, Roderick and Nathaniel Sands; daughters: Karen Jolly, Regina Sands, Quezella Kemp, Shanishka Dean and Regine Moss; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews; aunt: Margaret Richards; uncle: Napolean Whylly and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements are being finalized and will be announced at a later date.
