    Funeral Service for RAQUEL MARIA MAJOR, 40 affectionately called “Kelly”
    a resident of Cambridge Lane off Hospital Lane, Nassau, Bahamas and formerly of Turks and Caicos Islands, who died in Turks and Caicos Islands on Thursday September 7th, will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday November 12th 2023 at Marantha Seventh Day Adventist Church Prince Charles Drive. Pastor Leonardo Rahming, assisted by other Ministers will officiate and interment will follow in the Southern Cemetery Cowpen and Spikenard Roads.
    Left to cherish her memories are her, mother. Ellie Major (Ricardo) Reid. Father: James (Tommacine) Major. Grandfather: Cleveland Grant (deceased) and Henry Major Grandmother: Victoria Whymms (deceased) and Mary Major (deceased). Two Daughters: Shervanna Major and Rachel Johnson. One Son: Gervon Strachan. Grand Daughter: Ralijah Bulter. Sisters: Kristel Duncanson, Sherine (Dwayne) Clarke, Dianndra (Jamain) Bain, Alexis Major. Two brothers: Tyrone (Alexandria) Major and Jamie Major. Nieces: Tiajarah and Achiziah Clarke. Nephews: Nathan Major, Gabe Duncanson, Israhel Clarke, Jusaiah McDonald. Aunts: Vinces and Princes Williams (deceased) Deborah Wallace, Eva Major. Eria Grant, Cora Grant, Dorothy Sergeant. Uncles: Elder Ernest David Williams, Pastor Lynden (Jacqueline) Williams, James Grant, Cecil Grant (deceased), and Phillip Major.     Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at THE CHAPEL OF MEMORIES THE NEW COMMONWEALTH FUNERAL HOME INDEPENDENCE DRIVE Saturday from 11:00-5:00 p.m. and at the church Sunday from 12:00 noon to service timme.
