Left to cherish his memories are his two children: Anwar Gibson and Johnque Gibson-Russell: 7 grandchildren; sisters: Jacklyn Lewisl, Carmeta (Gerald) Taylor, Flossiemae (Isaac) Colebrooke, Christine Gibson, Lavern Gibson, Christal Gibson, Tamara Adderley; brothers: Donald (Elerona) Lewis, Barry, Roosevelt, Walkine Lewis, Nehemiah (Miranda) Lewis Pastor, Deon (Anete) Gibson, Landril, Bernard, Enoch Gibson; brother-in-law: Mackey Knowles; sisters-in-law: Terry Russell and Martha Knowles; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
