Death Notice For Deborah Jean Lopez, 71 a resident of Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas died at the Rand Memorial Hospital on Wednesday November 29, 2023.
Debbie was predeceased by her husband: Manuel Lopez; parents: Harry & Helen Scates; sister. Sue Farquharson.
Debbie is survived by her step sons: Tony Lopez (wife Terry), John Lopez (wife Sol) and Mike Lopez: brother: Henry (Rusty) Scates; sister: Diane Scates nieces: Carol Gates (fiancé Don Kemp) and Katie Scates-Conway (husband Mike); nephew: Adam Scates (wife Zena); grandnieces: Nicole Gates, Leah and Ellie Scates; grandnephews: Henry Scates and Harry Conway; numerous cousins including: Bruce & Eve Lowe; very good friends: Tesa Saunders, Rosita Low, Jackie Roberts, Clint Moultrie; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank: Dr. Winston Forbes and all the staff at Medical Pavilion and Pavilion Pharmacy for their kindness and helpfulness. We would also like to thank the Doctors and staff at the Rand Memorial Hospital and the ambulance department.
