Death notice for Retired Immigration Officer, IAN “Blue” CARLYLE WAINWRIGHT DECOSTA PENNERMAN, 63 a resident of Terry Lane off Marigold Farm Road, died at his residence on January 12, 2024.
He is survived by his wife: Evelina Pennerman; 3 daughters: Natasha, Adassa & Terrinique Pennerman; 2 sons: Dacosta & Carlyle Pennerman; 4 grandchildren: Carlyle Jr. & Shiloh Pennerman, Tovari Bethell & Ayla Mitcvhell; 2 sisters: Agatha & Greta Pennerman; 7 brothers: Dr. Geoffrey Pennerman, McFarlen, Bryan, Kendal, Percival, Audrin & Julian Pennerman; numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
